Professionals from the Middle East and North Africa can enroll in fully funded short courses in the Netherlands through the MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) 2025, which is run by Nuffic and supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • A passport that is officially valid for at least three months after submission is required.
  • If relevant, a government statement from the employer’s nation is needed.
  • Candidates must be under 45 years old when applying for the grant.
  • It is not possible to receive more than one MSP scholarship for concurrent courses.
