Applications are invited to apply for the Master Mind Scholarship 2025 in Belgium. All International students are welcome to apply for these fully funded scholarship in Belgium. Those students who want to pursue their Master’s programs abroad are welcome to apply. The Flemish higher education institution is allowed to submit up to 20 applications, and there is no application fee.


The Belgium Scholarship 2025 offers full funding for students wishing to pursue master’s degrees in the Brussels and Flanders regions. International applicants are welcome to apply for this Program. In the Flanders and Brussels region, the scholarship is accepted at five universities as well as seven applied science and arts universities. Great Mind Grows in Belgium. The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training is providing funding for this scholarship.

The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training provides scholarships for master’s programs in Flanders and Brussels to outstanding students worldwide. Scholarship comprises a €10,000 stipend and a tuition fee remission per academic year. Scholarship recipients pay only an administrative enrollment fee. The grant is paid in installments and covers accommodation costs, insurance, and a significant portion of their living expenses. If you are interested, you must first apply to one of the Flemish host institutions participating in the Scholarship Programme.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the Master Mind Scholarship 2025 in Belgium, you must fulfill these eligibility criteria:
  • All nationals are eligible to apply for the scholarship in Belgium
  • A scholarship is the sole way to enroll in a master’s degree program.
  • Out of 4.0, the student’s Grade Point Average (GPA) is 3.5.
  • a minimum overall band score of 7.0 on the TOEFL or 94 on the IELTS.
  • The TOEFL and IELTS online language assessments will also be accepted.

How to Apply for Master Mind Scholarship?

  • Verify your eligibility to apply and whether the Flemish university of your choice.
  • Before the host institution’s internal deadline (see deadlines here), submit your application.
  • The eligible applications are pre-selected by the host school.
  • The host institution creates your application file in the Mobility-Online application program to begin the Scholarship application process.
  • The Mobility-Online tool notifies you via email that you have been pre-selected for Scholarship.
  • You create an account on the Mobility-Online platform and submit your application before the due date.
