Applications are invited for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2023 in Morocco. The program is fully funded and offered by Morocco. The duration of the program is from 11 December to 13 December 2023. The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Program is a leadership development initiative that aims to bring together young professionals and change-makers from the Atlantic basin region. The program is organized by the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) and takes place annually.


The program provides a platform for emerging leaders to engage in discussions, exchange ideas, and collaborate on addressing the most pressing challenges facing the Atlantic community. It focuses on a wide range of topics, including security, governance, economic development, energy, climate change, and social issues.
