Lithuanian State Scholarships in Europe 2025/2026 for International Students | Funded to Study in Europe: Applications are Currently Open and Ongoing for the 2025 Funded Lithuanian State Scholarships Masters Scholarship Programme in Europe. Applications are invited to apply for Lithuanian State Scholarships 2025/2026 in Lithuania. All International applicants from selected countries are eligible to apply for Lithuanian Scholarships Europe. The Scholarship is offered by the Lithuanian Government. It is awarded to brilliant students. The Fee costs will be looked after by the Lithuanian Government. The Scholarship is available for Master’s Degree programs. There is No Application Fee mandatory to apply. Anyone can apply for Lithuanian Higher Institution Scholarships. It is going to award 100 Scholarships of Full-Time Master Degree Studies this year to students.


Lithuania is a developed nation in northern Europe. In a documented record from 1009, Lithuania was first identified by name. The Lithuanian higher education institution conducts programs for bachelor, Master and PhD. There are around 500 study programs offered in Russian or English.

  • Lithuanian State Scholarships 2025/2026 in Europe is beneficial for masters level programs and postgraduates in numerous ways.
  • The higher education facility in Lithuania will not impose any form of tuition fees on the applicants. The cost of tuition for all Master’s programs will be zero.
  • A scholarship is worth 490 euros per month.
  • The candidate will become part of a higher education facility in Lithuania.
  • The following citizen will get scholarships in the categories:
  • Ukraine will be provided with 60 grants
  • Belarus will be given 10 grants
  • Armenia, Georgia, foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin, and Moldova, will get 20 grants respectively
  • Azerbaijan will be provided with 5 grants
  • A monthly scholarship is offered to citizens of China, Israel, Japan, and South Korea, and will be awarded 5 grants in total.

  • The candidate must submit previous academic records.
  • Your undergraduate record and university admissions materials are required for the Master’s program.
  • A copy of your passport if you are non-European and a copy of your national identity if you are European.
  • At least One Recommendation Letter
  • Proof of proficiency in the English language (at master’s level).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Only international candidates from South Korea, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, China, Israel, and Japan.
  • Candidates must have to be admitted to the Lithuanian scholarships for full-time master’s degree study.
  • Those who have command of the Lithuanian language will be prioritized,
  • All Master’s programs will be taught in English. If you wish to pursue a master’s degree, you must be proficient.
  • Having completed a first degree in the field is a requirement to start a master’s program.
